Site readiness

Factories should confirm cooling-water supply temperature and quality, three-phase voltage/phase/frequency, compressed air for instruments, skid footprint, rotor-pull space, and the PLC or local-panel interface. If the plant cannot provide those utilities on the requested delivery window, the quote is not executable even when the compressor list is complete.
